A stamp card for salons and barbershops
Six visits and the next haircut is free. It's the card you start with when you pick “Barbershop and salon”: shorter than a coffee shop's, because clients come back every few weeks.
You start with this card and can change it before you pay.

Six stamps, not ten
A client who comes back every three to five weeks would take almost a year to fill ten. With six, the free haircut arrives within a few months.
The reward is your service
A free haircut is worth more to the client than it costs you. If a cut and a color are priced very differently, the points card reflects that.
Your team stamps, it doesn't see your client list
The staff app finds a client by name, card ID or full phone number and shows only a short name and the last digits of the phone, never the client list.
The other two it offers you
- Points
- 1 point per dollar and $20 in credit at 200. For when a visit ranges from a cut to a full treatment.
- Membership card
- 15% off any service, on every visit.
When you create your account you see all three, finished, and pick one.
The survey
Three questions
- How would you rate the service you received?
- How friendly was our staff?
- How long did you wait?
Answers can be filtered by location, and the staff member behind each sale is on record. Build it in the survey editor.
Worth turning on
- “We miss you” at 45 days
- An automation writes to clients who haven't been in for 45 days, with a message on their card or a coupon.
- Birthdays
- A greeting on the card and, if you want, a gift: stamps or a coupon for a beard trim.
- A reward with a limit
- A treatment as a reward, redeemable once every 90 days per client.
Frequently asked questions
- Does each barber need an account?
- They can have one; up to 5 staff accounts per location. That way each stamp is recorded under whoever gave it.
- Can I give a stamp when they sign up?
- Yes: the birthday gift, automations or an adjustment from the dashboard all put stamps on the card.
