A member card for gyms
Membership is already recurring, so Fidelip doesn't suggest stamps: it suggests a membership card with 15% off membership and products, which your front desk scans.
You start with this card and can change it before you pay.

Powered by Fidelip.comWhy this card
A benefit, not stamps
Counting visits rewards working out, not renewing. A member benefit is used on what members actually buy: the membership, the shop, the drinks.
With or without a limit
The discount can apply to every purchase or carry a quota: say, one free guest every 30 days. The card states which.
Every use is logged
The front desk scans the card and records the benefit; with a quota, the app won't let a second use through in the same period.
The other two it offers you
- Stamps
- 10 visits and a free week. For drop-in classes or day passes.
- Points
- 1 point per dollar and $15 in credit at 150. For the shop and supplements.
When you create your account you see all three, finished, and pick one.
The survey
Two questions
- How likely are you to recommend us to a friend?
- What's the main reason for your score?
Low scores reach you as an alert. Build it in the survey editor.
Worth turning on
- Notices on the card
- One message a day per card: new hours, a new class, a holiday closure. It arrives as a notification.
- Birthdays
- A greeting on the member's card on their birthday, with a gift if you turn it on.
- An NPS survey
- Find out who would recommend the gym, and why not, before they stop renewing.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it open the turnstile?
- No. It's the member card the front desk scans with the app; it doesn't connect to access control.
- Can I have different benefits per membership level?
- You can have more than one card (say, one for premium members), each with its own benefit.
