A points program for retail stores
One point per dollar and $30 in credit at 300 points. It's the card Fidelip suggests when you pick “Store and apparel”, because a blouse and a coat shouldn't count the same.
You start with this card and can change it before you pay.

Powered by Fidelip.comWhy this card
Points, because every item costs something different
With stamps, a pair of socks and a coat are both one visit. At one point per dollar, the reward follows what the customer buys.
Rewards with photos
Each customer gets a page with your rewards, their photos and how many points they need for each; they pick a goal and the card keeps reminding them.
Stock and limits
A reward can have stock (a limited edition) and a cap per customer, say one free item every 90 days.
The other two it offers you
- Stamps
- 10 purchases and 10% off the next one. For a store with similar prices.
- Membership card
- 10% off the whole store, on every purchase.
When you create your account you see all three, finished, and pick one.
The survey
Two questions
- How would you rate the quality of our products?
- How likely are you to recommend us to a friend?
Quality and recommendation, plus what helped them most if you add a multiple-choice question. Build it in the survey editor.
Worth turning on
- A coupon for sign-ups who haven't bought
- An automation sends a coupon to anyone who signed up and hasn't bought anything in a few days.
- Tiers
- Silver and Gold for your best customers, with more points per dollar and rewards just for them.
- Refer a friend
- A bonus for whoever shares their link when the friend makes a first purchase, with a minimum purchase if you want one.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it connect to my point of sale?
- At the counter, staff type the total in the app. A POS connection goes through the API on the Enterprise plan, as a custom project.
- Can rewards have photos?
- Yes. Each reward carries its photo and shows in the catalog the customer opens from their card.
