A happy hour past midnight: A 2x promotion from 10 pm to 2 am counts as the day it starts, on your business's clock.
A heads-up on a hot day: One message to every card, once a day: “2-for-1 popsicles today”. It arrives as a notification.
Promotions that don't combine: If a promotion shouldn't stack with another, mark it and only the highest one counts.
