Small, almost daily purchases
The morning bread run is a short purchase that repeats. One stamp per purchase moves the card along, and the reward costs you one pastry.
The morning line doesn't wait
One scan per customer with the Fidelip Staff app, no amounts to type. The customer sees the new stamp on their phone.
If you sell cakes, think it over
With stamps, a pastry and a birthday cake count the same. If big orders matter to your sales, the points card rewards them better.
The other two it offers you
- Points
- 1 point per dollar and $10 in credit at 100 points. Rewards cake orders more.
- Membership card
- 10% off the whole bakery, on every purchase.
When you create your account you see all three, finished, and pick one.
The survey
Three questions
- How would you rate the service you received?
- How long did you wait to be served?
- Would you come back?
To see how the counter holds up at the busiest hours. Build it in the survey editor.
Worth turning on
- Double stamps at closing time
- A 2x promotion in the last hour of the day to move what's left.
- A cake on their birthday
- The birthday gift can be a coupon, say an individual cake, that the customer shows at the register.
- Seasonal coupons
- A coupon with an expiry date for the holiday bake, with a limit per customer.
Frequently asked questions
- I have two bakeries. Do stamps count at both?
- Yes. It's the same card at both, and the dashboard shows how many stamps each one gives.
- Can I stamp only purchases above a certain amount?
- The points card handles that on its own: every dollar counts. With stamps, one purchase is one stamp.
