A stamp card for coffee shops
Ten stamps and the house coffee is on you, like the paper card, but in the phone's Wallet. It's the card you start with when you pick “Coffee shop”, and you can change it before you pay.

Stamps, because every visit costs about the same
An Americano and a latte don't move the check much. Counting visits is clearer than counting dollars, and customers see on their phone how many stamps they have left.
Ten visits, one coffee
Regulars who come in a few times a week fill the card in a few weeks, so the reward lands before they forget about it. You can make it shorter, anywhere from 1 to 10 stamps.
It resets itself
The tenth stamp records the reward and sets the card back to zero in the same step. The barista scans and hands over the coffee; there's nothing else to do.
The other two it offers you
- Points
- 1 point per dollar and $10 in credit at 100 points. Better if you also sell breakfast or beans, with very different checks.
- Membership card
- 10% off the whole menu, on every visit. For customers who'd rather have a standing discount than collect stamps.
When you create your account you see all three, finished, and pick one.
The survey
Two questions
- How likely are you to recommend us to a friend?
- What's the main reason for your score?
Two questions fit in the time it takes to pour the coffee. Build them in the survey editor (an NPS question and a text question); the link sits on the customer's card.
Worth turning on
- Double stamps in the slow hours
- A 2x promotion Monday to Friday, 3 to 5 pm, on your business's clock. It moves people into the hours you want to fill.
- Birthdays on the card
- On their birthday the customer gets a greeting on their card and, if you turn it on, bonus stamps or a coupon.
- Customers who stopped coming
- An automation writes to anyone who hasn't visited in, say, 30 days, with a message on their card or a coupon.
Frequently asked questions
- What about the stamps on my paper cards?
- Once the customer signs up, you add the stamps they had from the dashboard (Customers → Add). It's logged with who did it and why.
- Does the barista need a computer?
- No. They use the Fidelip Staff app on a phone or tablet to scan the QR code on the customer's card.
- Can I have one card for coffee and another for pastries?
- Yes: each extra card is added to your plan and has its own design, stamps and reward.
